13 states are suing the Federal Goverment over Health care
Attorneys general from Alabama, , Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, Utah, Pennsylvania, , South Carolina, South Dakota, Louisiana, Idaho, Washington and Colorado are joining in.
Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna said “the bill unconstitutionally imposes new requirements on our state and on its citizens” and that the federal mandate requiring all Americans to buy health insurance violates the Commerce Clause and the 10th amendment.
Vampire attacks Taxi Driver
New York, NY Police are searching for a man who bit a taxi-driver on the neck like a vampire. Officers are searching for the male who threatened the driver with a semi-automatic handgun and attempted to rob him.
The driver refused to hand over his cash, the man lunged at the taxi driver’s neck, back and arms and bit him repeatedly.
The attempted burglar was being driven near the Bronx Community College, when the driver refused his requests and he eventually ran from the scene with empty handed.

Robert Culp dies at age 79.
According to authorities, Robert Culp had been in the middle of taking a walk near his home in Los Angeles.Theveteran actor, Culp had many recognizable roles to his name, from playing Kelly Robinson opposite Bill Cosby in the 1960s TV series I Spy, to FBI Agent Bill Maxwell in the 1981-1983 series The Greatest American Hero, to the antique-collecting father of the bride in modern sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond
