13 states are suing the Federal Goverment over Health care
Attorneys general from Alabama, , Nebraska, Texas, Michigan, Utah, Pennsylvania, , South Carolina, South Dakota, Louisiana, Idaho, Washington and Colorado are joining in.
Washington State Attorney General Rob McKenna said “the bill unconstitutionally imposes new requirements on our state and on its citizens” and that the federal mandate requiring all Americans to buy health insurance violates the Commerce Clause and the 10th amendment.
