CentOS 7 ifconfig command not found

Centos 6.3 released

When you install CentOS 7 minimal or net install, it does not come with the ifconfig command.Centos 6.3 released

You can use the ifg command, but like most users. In  CentOS 6 and CentOS 5, the command was included by default.  Most distributions do include the command but not this distribution.

To install the much loved command of ifconfig, type the following it at the command line

yum install net-tools /y
