New York Cop threatens sexual assault and condones criminal activity

Lesly Charles a New York City Police Department sergeant has been caught on video threatening several Brooklyn men with his gun and his penis.  A video posted on youtube shows the Police sergeant in a profine tyraid that lasts near five minutes
