Boy denied right to hang picture of American Flag as it might offend a classmate

Butterfields School in Orange, Massachusetts. A school is under fire for a teachers refusal to dispaly a students drawing of the American flag for fear it might offend a student.

11 year old Frankie Girard wanted to display his drawing of the American Flag. After his family found out, they called the ACLU.

The school denies any wrong doing.
