New Orleans man charged with raping an 85 year old double amputee

A 46 year old man with a long criminal history of drug use was arrested for aggravated rape and exploitation of the infirmed.

The alleged attacker “denied any sexual contact with the victim”, but as of today remains in jail in lieu of bond.
