Mark I. Levy, former assistant deputy attorney general in the Clinton Administration, was found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gun shot to the head at his Washington D.C. office.

Mark I. Levy , which was employed by Kilpatrick Stockton, an Atlanta based lawfirm with offiecs throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East was discovered by coworkers around  8 A.M. in his office at Kilpatrick Stockton at the 600 block of 14th Street N.W.  It was apparent Mark I. Levy placed a .38 caliber handgun to his head, Officals said.

Levy was due to be laid off Today, from Kilpartrick Stockton, which was offering a four month severance package, He was one of 24 others due to be laid off.

Levy had been in charge of the firms Supreme court and Appellate court Advocacy Practice according to Kilpartick Stockton’s website.
