Tribunals could place life or death solely in the hands of the President

Thanks to the U.S. Patroit Act, the Bill of Rights, is nothing more than legal toilet paper that Congress is wiping its ass with.  This go against every fiber of the Constitution!  We will destroy our way of life, in order to protect our way of life.
