Jarrold Nalder says Gov has right to legitimate violence

Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said only the federal government should have “high-capacity” gun magazines and that the “state ought to have a monopoly on legitimate violence.” At a Capitol Hill press conference on Wednesday, Nadler gathered with other House Democrats to push for stricter gun control in the wake of last week’s massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT., which left 26 dead. The lawmaker stated that he not only supports prohibiting the future sale of 10-round gun magazines, but he would like to confiscate high-capacity clips already legally possessed by American citizens. Bankrupt California gives free phones to the homeless

California debt may hover just above 16 billion dollars and continuing to grow as the states businesses leave in droves over tax hikes or face bankruptcy in a crime infested ever degrading social environment. With California’s 9.8 % reported unemployment rate, and an approximate 17.2% but that does not stop the states liberals to pour out their hearts wallets for California’s poor and dispossessed. The California Public Utilities Commission is launching a new program that would give the homeless and low-income people free cell phones – dubbed  “Obamaphones” – with free service, as seen in similar states such as Michigan, New York, New Jersey.  The idea is to help them reach out to possible …

UK Judge Arrested

Citizens in the U.K. take back one of their courts from corruption. Something not seen on main stream media (MSM) and is subject to media blackout through out the U.K. They don’t want citizens realizing the difference between common law of the land and maritime law. Nor do they want citizens aware that they do have rights and the common laws as outlined do give certain powers to the citizen over the government.
