Eye candy, not really, windows like GUI perhaps, but Gnome is defacto Desktop environment for Redhat, Fedora, and many others.

North Korea launches its Own Linux Distro.. Red OS

Red Star Linux, the an be freely purchased in Pyongyang for $5 and the operating system is available in both client and server versions. Red Star requires, at minimum, a Pentium III 800-MHz CPU , 256MB of RAM and 3GB of hard disk space.
