A Federal court of appeals has ruled that illegal immigrants do not have a right to own firearms under the Bill of Rights.  The case was brought up by illegal court ruled illegal aliens can not legally poses gunsalien Emmanuel Huitron-Guizar of Wyoming.  Emmanuel Huitron-Guizar pleaded guilty to being an illegal immigrant in possession of firearms after his arrest last year. He was remanded to immigration authorities at the Natrona County Detention Center in Wyoming.

The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Denver ruled that illegal immigrants  only have limited protection under the Constitution.
