North Korea launches its Own Linux Distro.. Red OS

Red Star Linux, the an be freely purchased in Pyongyang for $5 and the operating system is available in both client and server versions. Red Star requires, at minimum, a Pentium III 800-MHz CPU , 256MB of RAM and 3GB of hard disk space.

Red Star user interface looks suprisingly like Windows XP interface, and has the standard My computer, Recyling Bin, and a small red star down at the task bar to access programs.
