Kathleen Worrall, 20, from Strathfield in Sydney’s west, was charged with murder after her sister Susan Worrall was found dead at a Strathfield home in October of last year.
Susan died after being stabbed in the neck. In the North South Whales Supreme Court today she pleaded not guilty to murder, but guilty to manslaughter.
Worrall smiled toward the public gallery and appeared nervous as she entered her plea.
The girls’ parents have previously confirmed that Kathleen was born with a hormonal condition known as congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH), for which she had been medicated since birth
